If you move within your current state, you are able to adjust your address via the “Account Information” section in the Spot Customer Portal. You will also need to update your billing address there as well.
Note: your premium may change based on your new zip code.
If you are moving to a new state, please contact the Customer Service team at 1.800.905.1595. The Customer Service team will need to assist in updating your policy for your new state.
